Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than forty-eight hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within forty-eight hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, though we may offer to reschedule at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving punctually for scheduled sessions
• Disclosing relevant dietary restrictions, allergies, or health conditions
• Following safety instructions during hands-on instruction
• Treating our facilities and equipment with respect

Intellectual Property
